24 March

Been driving in KL for 2 months, and today I lost in the town for the first time. After our 1st period ended at 10am, there were 8 of us planned to go 1U for a little relaxation. For those who use LDP often, there's a tunnel that you guys will usually go through when going towards Damansara Utama. Instead of going into it, I kept left and made a right turn on my way to Sri Hartamas/PJ area. Further ahead there's a U-turn, the distance is too short for lanes changing, and I missed that again. After that U-turn, signboard was no longer showing 'Damansara Utama', I started to get a little nervous, because friends were already waiting at 1U, and I made that stupid mistake. Since I’ve been Sri Hartamas, and I chosen to go there 1st since I believe it's quite near to Damansara Utama, only then make a U-turn. Along the way, I passed through National Science Center, which I had been there almost 10 years ago with family, still in pretty good shape. After 15 mins, wasted RM1 toll fee, and fuel, I managed to join LDP back, and continued driving towards 1U, what an awful mistakes. But in another sense, pretty contradictory when you're driving towards places that you don't know where it is, I was nervous of being in a new place, curious of what's surrounding you, excited of knowing where the hell am I.

21 March

It's Saturday and I woke up pretty early this morning. Had my breakfast with Suresh, who's going back to his hometown this afternoon. Fetched him at 9am and we ate at Hassan's Gallery, probably Suresh's favorite restaurant. Soon after that, his family also arrived at Subang Jaya and had their breakfast taken at there as well. For the sake of time, Suresh took me to his house for packing. As told, his room means the whole house is owned by an old lady, who is renting all the rooms in her house to students ONLY. I bet she earned a lot from that, one room cost approx. RM800, there are at least 4 rooms there, and you do the calculations. The good thing is, the whole house is extremely well kept, things are put nicely and accordingly, attached bathroom, plasma TV + astro, with some renovations as well, felt kinda comfortable of it.

After Suresh went away with his family, my friend, Kai Feng from Malacca met me up, just to have a little fun around my place. We both went to One U for lunch, a short while of window shopping, actually I thought of buying a short, but some of the price tag was seriously high enough to blow a big hole on my wallet, hence I gave up buying it, unless I really really like it so much until I can’t help of paying for it. We also watched the movie, The International. Again, I’m sux on summarizing story, and on the other hand I wasn't attracted to the story. All I can say is, it's about investigation of NYPD. For the rest of the day, we came back to Asia cafe, and played 23 rounds of pool, he can play really well, and definitely better than me, ended up he won me by 14-9, and seriously it was damn fun, and I really exhausted of standing for almost 3 hours. Talking of pool, it’s actually my part time study, me and my colleagues will show up in the pool club 90% of our free time, I found it greatly pleasures me, even when I swore when I missed the balls. Back to my day, after that, we went to KimGary at Sunway Pyramid for dinner and get back to our respective house and I actually spent almost all the day light hanging out today.

About study, there’s a quiz about integration and its application coming on Tuesday. Tomorrow I’m gonna spend all my day on tomorrow to revise this chapter, wish I can score better in the coming quiz, I’m looking for improvement right now, to keep motivating myself from time to time. We’re now approaching the end of Semester 1, God bless everyone will pass through with flying colors.

Klang's bak kut teh

we happened to have something very interesting today, we went to Klang to have bak kut teh at 10pm right after our class ended. 9 of us went in 2 cars, considered as our first outing, 2 hours trip to Klang. :p

Anyway, the whole trip took us around 30 mins, we went into wrong road for a few times before arriving, and i think i was driving pretty recklessly. The restaurant located just nearby the toll plaza, there's a few around there, but we chosen the one recommended by our buddies from Klang. We ordered 2 pots of bak kut teh, and of course side dish, yau zha guai. It tasted seriously better than ss14 one, the soup is more concentrated, and not in large portion, probably the best one i ever tried before. Price is pretty reasonable as well, RM9/head, MUCH cheaper than ss14 one, which usually cost around RM15/head.

Right after that, we came back to Subang for our beloved activities, pool at Asia Cafe, I'm seriously damn addicted to pool these days, if it's free, i can probably spend my whole day over there. I also met with my friend from hometown over there, played a few rounds with him, and then we 'chow'. After that, i went to library with another guy, it was the first time i stepped into the library for the sake of talking 'cock' with friends over there instead of studying, it's actually pretty noisy, people like us are discussing over there and there's only a very small enclosed area. So we were procrastinating until 4pm and started out last period, 6 hours gone just like that, we relaxed instead of studying. :p
